  1. I pray God’s Blessings be with the Family, dear friends, and loved ones of C. L. Rickman during this of remembrance, grief, and sorrow.

I know that all intelligence, logic, and reason fails at the death of a loved one, even when death is near and fully expected. And I know that through our grief only our Faith stands Tall because we do know and believe that through the Resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ, we are received by God into Eternal Life.

  15. Kathy,

My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family with the passing of your father, or as noted in the memorial–his going to be with the Lord.

The book you gave to me a year ago, AMAZING GRACE,came to mind today. This grace is there for you and yours and it is to this end I am praying for this time.

Kathy, you are such a special, caring person and so valuable to the State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation’s Independent Living Program, and we care so much for you. God bless you and your family.

  16. We are sorry for your loss, and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

  17. Kathy,
Sorry to hear about your dad. May God keep you in his heart, and help you and your family through this sad time. If you need us, call.

  18. Bobby and Gary – Please accept my personal condolances as well as those of the Active Reserve Officers, BCSD. I’m sure your dad was proud of all his children but especially you two boys. You will be in our thoughts and prayers as you deal with the loss of your father.

  19. Carroll made a little league ball player out of Wayne and a champion one year. Evelyn and I always held Carroll in the highest regards and appreciated him.

  20. I’ll miss my golfer! Though we never got to play that game we talked about – I’ll never play again and not think about Carroll! My prayers are with his family – for I know he was a very loved husband and father.

  21. To the family ,
May God give each one of you the peace in your heart to know that Daddy is Safely Home and at peace forever.
The staff at Cancer Care will miss seeing your family, and miss seeing the man that makes us smile . Your family is in our heart and in our prayers.
    Much Love ….
Susan Price ( the vitals sign girl)

  22. I worked with Carroll for many years at the Citizen-Times, and he was a fine and gentle man. I missed his smiling face when he retired, and hoped he found joy in his retirement. He also was a golfing buddy of my father’s, Bob Blake, who died in 1991. My dad thought so highly of him as well. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
