  11. Dear Kim and Greg, Have many fond memories of your dad. We spent a lot of time putting up wallpaper in one of my homes, and I’ll never forget the time he was painting the outside of another house. I heard a loud crash, and went tearing out the door, to find him on the ground and on his feet. Don’t know how he managed to fall off the ladder, and not be injured. At the time, he was really having severe back pain, and didn’t really need to be painting, much less upon a ladder. I just remember him as a very good friend, and we always spent time catching up on things when I happened to run into him around town. He had a sensitive soul.
