  1. Our deepest sympathy to the Dowdle family. Charles, Judy and their parents were our neighbors and friends for sixty years. Charles will be missed, and we are so thankful for the time we spent with him over the last two years at the nursing facilities. He made us laugh every time we visited!
We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Wayne & Neil Jordan

  2. Charlie meant so much to both of us. We are so sorry to lose him here, but know that he is with his Savior and free from all of the health problems that he has gone through. He was a good, kind man. We will miss his sweet smile and laughter.

  3. Charlie was one of the most kind sweet soft spoken gentleman that we have ever known, Now he is with our Heavenly Father rejoicing, no more pain and suffering. We will miss him immensely, but take comfort in knowing he is at peace. Love and prayers to his family. Love, Charlie and Loretta Higdon

  4. Larry-
We are so saddened to hear this news. We will be keeping you and your family lifted in prayer for strength and peace in the coming days. We love you all.

  5. Charles was store manager for CARQUEST Auto Parts and I was factory rep that called on Charles. In 44 years of being in the parts business he was the “trainer” on employees I ever met. I will miss him. charlie
