Had the privilege of knowing Claudette and her husband for over 20 years. I did work for them in their home and it was always a delight being there with them. She was the matriarch of her family and I know she will be deeply missed. My prayers go up for Teresa and the family. She is with Claude once again.
Dear Teresa and Family, I am so sorry about for the loss of your Mother. She was my best friend, and we always had good times and good laughs, together as we and others on Deaver View grew up together. She was like a sister. Also, our Mothers were good friends. She and Claude were one of the happiest people I knew, and she dearly loved her family. I send comfort and sympathy to you all during this time of loss and share in your grief. Sending much love to all. Myra Crook Ramsey
I’m so sorry for your loss but I know you must feel peace knowing Nanny and Papaw are together again.
Teresa, Anita my prayers are with you!
So many good times spent in our early years. She was as close as any sister I had. She and Claude kept Terry and I straight when we were growing up and lived a good Godly life. She will be missed. Sorry we won’t be there Sunday, we are still in Florida but our thoughts and prayers will be there.

Claude and Claudette were both dear people to Scott and me. I enjoyed researching just how Scott and Claude were “kin” and sharing that with him. I was impressed with their faithfulness to the church as they grew more and more infirm. Pillars of the church as they were will be hard to find in the future. Love and sympathy to family.
Uncle Claude and Aunt Claudette were and will always be special in my heart. Although I moved away at a young age (17), I always appreciated the time I spent talking about war stories with her husband. (Yearly at the family reunion.) Aunt Claudette always had a smile that could not be mistaken. My heart goes out to Teresa, who has had to endure so much during these past few months.
