Sorry to hear about the passing of Connie. My prayers will be with the family.
We rented our first home from Mrs. Poore in 1976. She was a good friend to Pam and I – as were Doug and Carolyn. Mrs. Poore was a worker – and while she was resting she would work some more! We started a small bedding plant greenhouse with Doug, and she would transplant seedlings like nobody else! She was a positive and helpful influence on us as a young couple, and we have many good memories of her while renting her mobile home those first few years of our married life!
