Crystal Lee Joyner

October 10, 1988 ~ August 27, 1999
rustling of wings, carried Crystal Lee Joyner to her heavenly home. Waiting for Crystal with open arms was Jesus. Standing beside Jesus was her
beloved papaw, Clayton George Sherlin and baby sister, Charity Angel Sherlin, waiting to welcome her home.
Crystal was born October 10, 1988, to the late Randy Joyner and Traci Loretta Sherlin. She was a granddaughter of the late Eunice Joyner.
Through Crystal's stay on earth was short, her impact will be everlasting. She enjoyed life to its fullest and always had a huge smile for all she met. No matter how cloudy the day, one of Crystal's smiles brought you sunshine. A stranger was only someone she had not yet met. She captured the hearts of everyone that she came in contact with. Crystal was surely one of Gods Angels, sent to earth to brighten our pathway, and to teach us about unconditional love. Crystal now stands with Jesus by the river of life, where she runs, plays, laughs and talks with the rest of the little angels who left us way too soon.
She'll be waiting by the river, with arms open wide, to welcome the ones she left behind with broken hearts; her mommy, Traci Loretta Sherlin; her special daddy, Randy Angel;
mamaw nana, Nina Littrell Sherlin; sister, Felicia Loretta Sherlin; aunts and uncles, Teresa and Mike Dalton, Lori and James Brank, Keith and
Tonia Sherlin and Greg and Suzette Sherlin; Crystal's own special angel and dear friend, Diane Stephens; cousins Jason, James and Katie
Dalton, Charles, Mason, and Gregory Sherlin, Helen, Jim and Mortice Joyner.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday in the Patton Avenue Chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Reverend H.L. Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Cemetery with pallbearers being
Keith Sherlin, Mike Sherlin, James Brank, Stanley Waldrop and Charles Angel.
Her family will receive friends 7-8:30 Sunday at the funeral home.
