Daniel Warren White, 52, of Leicester, died on Thursday, July 14, 2011, at the John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center.
Born in Okinawa, Japan, Mr. White was a son of George White, Sr., and of the late Hilda Leona Ingle White.
Mr. White loved to hunt and fish.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughters, Kamie Lee Club, Amanda Mae White, and Caitlin Rose White; grandchildren Seth, Tanner, and Mauri; sister, Mary Carmack and husband Ron of Arden; brothers, Chuck White and wife Renee of Candler, and George "Bob" White, Jr. of Kodiak, Alaska; step-mother, Eva Volna White; step-sister, Brenda DeArmond; and step-brother, Timothy Bishop.
Funeral services for Mr. White will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the Groce Funeral Home chapel on Patton Ave. with the Rev. Danny Gasperson officiating.
Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
His family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday night at the funeral home.

So sorry to hear of you dads passing. He was a very kind and giving person and will be greatly missed. I have many fond childhood memories of him,one of my favorite is when he would allow me to ‘drive’ the car (while on his lap)to the store. You guys are in my thoughts and prayers.

Heaven is rejoicing today…. another child has come home ! We here on earth will shed our tears but in the twinkling of an eye, Danny was with Jesus !!! We love him and will never forget him… he was a very special person, one of the hardest working and humblest of men we have ever met….Yes Danny our hearts ache but we will join you one day in our Heavenly Home !! What a reunion that will be !!!!
