To Bobby, Julie, Matt & Tony, and other members of the family. I can only say I miss my dearest friend from many years. We shared wonderful memories of when our babies were small, and the joy of seeing them grow into such loving and giving adults. I imagine she is painting some beautiful sights that only she can see and we will one day see. We will forever know how blessed we were to have had such a wonderful friend and beautiful family in our lives. Our prayers and love and thoughts are with all of you. She was a great wife, mother and grandmother. She will always be missed by me and I know I will see her again in heaven, healthy, whole and happy!
God is so good. All our love to all…..Vera & Ronnie Smith

I don’t know if this is the Debbie Gosnell who graduated from Enka in 1968 or not since the obit doesn’t say, but if it is, i graduated with her. She was a great person and a phenomenal artist. It was a real shock to see her name in the paper yesterday. I was out of town and did not know until it was too late to attend the service. I am so sorry for your loss.
I was so sorry to hear about Debbie. Debbie and I graduated together at Enka. She was a good friend in school. I was glad to get to see her when I went down to The Dwelling Place when they had singings down there. To the family… I pray strength for each one of you during this saddened time. God bless each one.
I just found out today about Debbie’s passing. To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. You are in my prayers.
I always loved talking with Debbie. She was so kind, funny, and insightful. I much enjoyed her beautiful artwork.
