  11. I’d like to pay respects as a possible distant association and maybe a long distant friend of a relative and one of those survived by Mr. Delbert Eugene Gaddy. If Bob Gaddy was one in the same who was part of my late high school work and mentorship while working out at the Oteen VA Hospital in 1978/79, then he should know I always kept my uniform cleaner tags removed per his advice. Not sure if he is the same one, but offer my respect and condolences to all in these difficult times.
