Faye and family,
What can any one say at a time like this except you have my deepest sympathy and prayers. May God Bless You and the family in the weeks to come. May His Grace surround you and bring you peace. Donna
Dear Family,
I just wanted you to know how much Donnie meant
to alot of people. I knew him through coaching and
golfing. Donnie touched everyone his was around.
We will all miss him. I am a better person for having
known him. I’ll think of him every time I play golf.
Tommy
P.S. I know Donnie is in heaven playing the most
beautiful of all golf courses.
Faye,Graham and Family,
Donnie maybe gone in body but he will never be forgotten. Every time I hear someone say something with that dry but serious sense of humor, I’ll think of Donnie.
With love,
Sonny
To the entire Fox Family,
I greatly admired and loved Don just like a brother.
He was so good with all the kids and coaches. He was very
well-respected by all who knew
him. He was a ‘good guy’ who doesn’t come along every day. My wife and I express our deepest sympathy to your family. Having met all of you now, I understand why Don always talked about you with such love and admiration. I appreciate how lovingly you received me at the funeral during your time of sorrow. I know Don is in heaven hitting the golf ball and telling stories about Andy Griffith. He will always be a part of my life and I know all the kids we coached feel an attachment to him. Please call me if you need anything. I can be reached at home at 706-636-5737 or at Cherokee High at 770-479-4112, ext. 235 or e-mail at hkey@ellijay.com

Alice Martin and family…
To the Fox Family,
I was fortunate enough to have coached with Don while at Cherokee High School. Don was a great guy. I only have positive things to say about him. I thought a lot of Don as did the rest of the coaching staff. He was a man of integrity and highly respected. I remember that he helped me purchase my first set of decent golf clubs. As a matter of fact I still own those same clubs. Everytime that I take a swing I’ll be reminded of my friend.I speak blessings over the Fox Family and I am looking forward to seeing Don again in the future.
His Friend,
Ronnie
Coach Fox was one of my football coach’s at Etowah high school. I remember him being a great coach and a fine person.
He was a dear friend to my family. I just wanted to thank him for believing in me and being a terrific person.
Coach Fox was an inspiration and like another father to me who I loved and respected greatly with all my heart! He taught me the true game of being first a man and second the game of football… I will never forget him!
Big D…..Thanks for coaching and teaching with me at MHHS. You were a good friend and I miss you.
