Dorothy Morgan Roberson

Dorothy Morgan Roberson Asheville- Dorothy "Dot" Morgan Roberson, 81, of the Crowfields Retirement Community, died Friday, January 8, 2016 at John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Dedrick and Crystal Medford Morgan. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Sanders as well as a brother, Don Morgan. She is survived by her daughter, Anne Roberson Royster and her husband, Mark Holmes, of Cary, NC; a son, Dr. Joseph Baxter Roberson, Jr. and his wife, Julia, of Palo Alto, CA; a sister, Barbara Wendell of Murphysboro, TN as well as three grandchildren, Caitlin Roberson, Baxter Roberson and Haley Roberson. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Piney Mountain United Methodist Church Cemetery in Candler.
