We were saddened to hear of your Dad’s passing. He was a good man. He was a good influence and role model for us growing up.
I was so sorry to hear about the death of Mr. Elliott. It seems so unfair that death should have the power to take away someone you love. And when it happens, the thought of never again being able to talk to, laugh with, or hold your loved one can be most difficult to bear. And all the good things people say do not take all the pain away. When I lost my mother to Cancer, it was very devastating to me. What comforted me are the words found in the Bible for the future at Revelation 21:3, 4 and Isaiah 33:24 about our dear loved ones. May these also bring you comfort.
Deepest Sympathy,
Ms. Floyd
I had the priviledge to work with Earl for a number of years at Enka and thought a great deal of him, both as an engineer and as a person of integrity. My sincerest condolences to his family and closest friends.

Steve, Anna and Family,
In this very difficult time we want you all to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Your Dad was a great influence on many young lives through his scouting. I will always remember the positive influence he had on Mark and Ed. May God comfort you and fill you with his love as you cherish the wonderful memories you have of your Dad. Those memories will help you get through each day. Love, David and Shirley
We were truly shocked and saddened to learn of Mr. Elliott’s sudden death. He was a truly fine man who dearly loved his wife, family, and family friend, Linda. He will be missed by many people who loved and admired him greatly. We certainly had intended to attend his memorial service to honor him, but we will not be able to do so due to previous holiday plans.
We will keep the Mr. Elliott’s family and friends in our prayers.
Sincerely,
Cathie and Jim

Dear Earl Elliott Family,
We have had the great priviledge of knowing Martha and Earl through our Sunday School class at 1st Baptist. Hopefully we have been of support to Earl after Martha became ill, and also very supportive of Earl when he became ill. Earl and I (Ken) shared some great stories via phone after his recent diagnosis. We will all miss Earl, but we shall all get to visit again when we get to Heaven. Prayers and good thoughts.

Steve, Ann and Families,
We were so sorry to hear of Earl’s passing. Since our days in scouting, we seldom saw him but met him last spring in W. Asheville. We have had all you, and especially Martha who I (Ron) worked with for years, in our prayers.
Kenneth, Eric and Jason also send their condolences.
To Earl’s Family,
We knew Earl through work and church. He was a fine person who will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with you.
Ann,
I am truly sorry for your loss. Please let me know if I can do anything for you and your family.
I would like to send a donation in memoriam of your Dad to an organization of your choice. I have considered a donation to the School of Engineering at NC State since Wachovia will match my donation to this school doubling the ‘in memoriam’ amount. If you would like me to send it to another organization, please let me know.
Please give the boys my love and I will talk with you soon.
With deepest sympathies,
Tim
