Edward Dalton

Edward Dale Dalton, 84, of Hobe Sound, FL died on June 19, 2021.

Mr. Dalton was born in Asheville, NC on May 21, 1937 to the late Auborn Otis (A.O.) and Alice (Davis) Dalton.

He graduated from Marion High School in 1955, served four years in the Air Force in England, and spent his career as a long haul truck driver for Builder’s Transport. He enjoyed racing, antique cars, and reading.

He is preceded in death by his spouse of 48 years, Faye McKinney Dalton. He is survived by his partner, Mary Carter of West Palm Beach, FL; daughter, Charlotte Albright and husband, Kenneth, of Brevard; and two granddaughters, Julia and Meredith Albright of Raleigh.

A private graveside service will be held at Lewis Memorial Park.
