Edward Revis

A native of Haywood County, he was a son of the late Lewis Revis and Valse Williams Revis Rogers. He was a retired superintendent with American Enka with 44 years of service and a former member of New Morgan Hill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Willie Pharr Revis; a daughter, Audrey and her husband R.G. Jackson of Candler; a granddaughter, Tammy Sue Jackson of Nashville, TN; a sister Mary Williams of Newburn; two step-sisters, Lillian Howard and Ruby Pressley both of Haywood County; two half-brothers, Nolan Rogers of Tyler, TX, and Norman Rogers of Sylmar,CA.
Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Saturday in the Patton Avenue Chapel of Groce Funeral Home with the Reverend James R. Burris officiating. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum at Pisgah View Memorial Park.
His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

I miss Grandaddy more than words can say, but I know we will be together again. Until then, he will live on in my heart and in the countless memories of the time we shared.
