EDWIN SEVIER COX
Edwin Sevier Cox, 59, of Arden, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2008 at Memorial Mission Hospital.
A native of Buncombe Co.; he was a son of the late John Calvin Cox, Sr. and Hilda Farnsworth Cox.
Surviving are three brothers, Terry Cox of Eidson, TN, John Cox of Lubbock, TX and Roland M. Gaddy of Anniston, AL; and two sisters, Karen Stamey of Jacksonville, NC and JoAnn Schwind of Columbus, OH.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Freewill Baptist Church, 2176 Hgwy. 70 Swannanoa, with the Rev. Frank Cantrell officiating.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting with the arrangements.
