A native of Buncombe Co., Elizabeth was a daughter of the late Charles Lee Miller, Jr. and Nettie Irene Davis.
Surviving are her children, Craig Mercier, Donald Steve Elliott, Kelly Mercier, and Richard Mercier; sister, Patricia Israel; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

I will miss Bebe’s wicked sense of humor. She always loved to be around the family and was so funny. God bless all of you. I will be thinking of you and remembering the good times. We had some really good times, growing up together.
