Chloe Elizabeth Cox Leverette, 93, of Old US 70 Hwy. East, Black Mountain, died Friday, March 15, 2013.
Mrs. Leverette was born in Dalton, GA, and was a daughter of the late Walter and Maude Cox. She was married to the late James Leverette.
Surviving are a daughter, Cathy J. Davis and husband, Terry, of Asheville; a son, Bruce Leverette and wife, Kim, of Spruce Pine; two grandchildren, Kyle Leverette and wife, Amber, of Marion, and Brooke Thomas and husband, Matt, of Salisbury; and three great-grandchildren, Sophie Leverette and Mason Leverette of Marion, and Chloe Thomas of Salisbury.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, with burial to follow in the cemetery.

She was one of the nicest persons I knew.
