Elva Delle Joyner

Elva Delle Joyner, 90, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2020, at the Brian Center in Weaverville.
Delle was born in Geneva, Alabama, and was a daughter of the late Ezra Wilbourn and Lucy Toole Galloway and she was married to the late William Herschel Joyner. She had worked both as a telephone operator and as a engineering clerk for Bell Telephone in Panama City, FL.
She is survived by her dear friends, Joyce and John Adkison of Asheville.
She will be buried next to her husband at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Panama City, FL.
