Emily Cutshaw Passetti

June 21, 1907 ~ November 17, 1999

Mrs. Emily Passetti, 92, a long time resident of Asheville, is now resting in the arms of the Savior, the Lord she knew and loved and served
so well. Living her life each day in His presence, she passed away Wednesday, November 17, 1999, at her home.

Mrs. Passetti lived her years ministering to others. Many will enter heavens gate and many healed because of her exemplary prayer life.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Olind Passetti in 1987, a son, Miles in the 1920’s, and a daughter Erma Jean in the 1930’3.

Mrs. Passetti is survived by three daughters, Gladys Swann and Ivalee Penland of Asheville, and
Rethena Poirier of Waukegan, Illinois;
numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and
great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 pm Sunday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home with
the Rev. James L. Stewart officiating. Burial will be at Pisgah View Memorial Park.

Her family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 pm Saturday at the funeral home.

A bright light has dimmed with your passing, mother. We will follow that glimmer until we are
together again. We love you, your children.
