  1. Janet and Pam, I was so sorry to hear about Esta Lee. You and your family will be in my prayers each day. Your Mom was always so sweet and always had the biggest smile every time I saw her. I was just thinking how excited Samantha was to see her, what a reunion that was! I love you guys and will be praying for Gods sweet Grace to cover you as only He can do. Sending hugs your way. Love, Kathy Parks

  2. So sorry to hear about Esta Lee. My grandmother which was her neighbor Pauline Penland would always take us to visit her when I was a child. She was always so sweet and I loved our visits with her. My thoughts are with you.

  3. I have such fond memories of Esta Lee! I remember spending so many nights at her house and going on beach trips. She was always laughing with us and taking a part in our activities. I think of all the bridal, lingerie and baby showers we had! Above all, she kept us pointed toward the Lord. I barely remember this because I was so young, but Esta Lee was my Sunday School teacher at Beulah. I’m so sorry to know she has passed because she will be missed, however we know she’s rejoicing in Heaven! I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.

We met with DOT work; she was in Asheville of course and I was in Marion office. We continued to communicate during our many retirement years. You protected your Mother well during the COVID virus.
We laughed about getting back to the beauty shop appointments.

  7. I have fond memories of conversations with Esta Lee at the Plemons reunion. She always had a bright smile and an old tale about the people and family that grew up in the area. She had stories about my dad, Jasper Reese and they were good friends. I know she will be missed.
