Ethel Rogers Hutchison, 92, of Pisgah Manor Health Care Center, died Tuesday, August 28, 2007.
Mrs. Hutchison was born in Buncombe County and was the daughter of the late Raymond and Bessie Shook Rogers. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 72 ½ years, M.Q. Hutchison, and by one son.
Mrs. Hutchison was a member of Snow Hill United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Bill Hutchison and wife Cathy, of Chattanooga, TN, and Alvin Hutchison and wife Susan, of Arden; sister, Hazel Trantham, of Candler; three grandchildren, one step-granddaughter, 10 great-grandchildren, four step-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Mollie Tyson officiating.
I am sorry to hear about Mrs. Hutchison. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
