Eva Mae Ledford

Eva Mae Ledford, 76, of Flat Rock, died on Thursday, November 30, 2017. Eva was a daughter of the late Ennis and Phoebe Jones King. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Ledford. Mrs. Ledford is survived by her daughters, Mary Lee Ledford and Bertha Mae Ledford Summey (Dean); sons, Gene Roy Ledford (Sandy) and Daniel Lee Ledford (Brandy); sisters, Emagene Peak (Willis) and Edna Hunter (Tom); grandchildren, Virginia Ledford Burrell (Jimmy), Jonathon Lee Ledford, Ricky Dean Summey (Vanessa), Angel Lynn Ledford, Faith Hope Ledford, Terrence Keith Gordon, and Britni Lyn Strickland; great-grandchildren, Terrence Keith Gordon, Jr., William Lucifer Gordon, and Lucy Abigail Gordon; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service for Mrs. Ledford will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Big Sandy United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Her family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service at the church. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.
