Evelyn Jean M. Bradburn

Evelyn Jean M. Bradburn, 86, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021, following a long illness.

A native of Henderson County, Evelyn graduated from Edneyville High School and retired from AT&T. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Bradburn, mother Ruth McAbee Bradley, father, Arvel Bradley, cousin Ann Herren and grandmother Bessie Conner.

Evelyn is survived by her niece, Holly Bradley, who was the sunshine of her life, her brother, David Bradley, and numerous friends.

She was of the Christian faith, a member of Kenilworth Presbyterian Church, and did many good things. She was greatly loved and will be missed and remembered.

The family expresses special appreciation to Judith Herren, Four Seasons Hospice, Pisgah Valley Skilled Nursing, and all others who helped Evelyn during these last years.

Visitation will be from 1:00 – 2:00p.m. Wednesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue followed by a graveside service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
