Evelyn was one of the kindest, sweetest, most generous and most gentle ladies I have ever had the pleasure to know. She was very dear to both Fran and me for the entire 40 plus years of our friendship. I know without a doubt she is resting in the arms of her Savior with her mom and dad. I will greatly miss her.
So sorry to hear of Evelyn passing, my thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Evelyn was a wonderful person .I worked with her for 15 years at Mars..She was funny and loving .I know Barbara you are heart broken as she loved you dearly….You and the family are in my prayers
Enjoyed knowing her at Home Depot. Sorry I cannot attend her service due to being out of town.
There is no way to express how I will miss my beautiful Evelyn. We were in the first grade together and have been friends ever since. She was so loving and kind and boy, did she love you Mark. I have a Mark and when we would talk we would say your Mark or my Mark. We had fun with that.
Evelyn was a wonderful person. She was like my second mother. I loved her so much. I loved helping take care of her during her illness. It was very hard at times but if I had it to do all over again I would do it in a heartbeat. She loved everyone and would do anything for anyone. She will be missed. Praying for family and friends. ❤️❤️
So sad to hear this…we had a longtime friendship and shared lots of laughs. My heart is heavy as I lift up Mark, Katrina, Barbara and Johnny up in my prayers. Love and hugs to you all in all the days to come. She will always be in my heart and the sound of her laughter will always be remembered.
Mark, I am so sorry for your loss! I loved her smile and laughter. I hate I missed her visit to DayStay.
I am so sorry to hear of Evelyn’s passing. I worked with her for many years, we also bowled together. I also had the privilege of getting to know Katrina when she was at Enka Middle. i just saw her a while back at Home Depot and enjoyed chatting with her. Evelyn was a sweetheart! Praying for the family to find God’s grace and peace during this difficult time.
My heart is sad to hear of the passing of my friend Evelyn. We worked together for many years and all I have are happy and funny memories of the times we shared. I can still remember her saying ‘Well, I know honey.’ She will be missed here on earth but can’t you imagine the homecoming she is having in heaven with family and friends.
Evelyn was always one of the sweetest people I have ever had the privilege to know. My prayers are with the family, along with my deepest condolences.
