There are not enough words to express what Evon meant to me! We loved our Enka Jets and she taught me so much about accounting. She was so kind and loved me so unconditional!! We shared many walks, Christmas Parades and lunches together in downtown Asheville. She had a heart of gold and she will forever live in my heart!

It’s been a while since we’ve seen you but attending your auctions and talking antiques remain among our dearest memories. Evon was a wonderful lady and a pretty darn good auctioneer! And just keeping Buddy in line had to be a full time job too.You and all of your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

Words cannot express the love I have for Evon. I have known her since she was a very young girl. She has been my “sister” accepting me into the family with love. I am so very sorry I am unable to be there with you. I will always celebrate her life and thank God she was a part of mine. I love you all. My husband first symptoms of Parkinson’s occurred during covid, but was diagnosed in 2021 when he was 61 years. He was on Levodopa- not crazy about it! he was also on Sifrol and rotigotine not crazy about any of it either, The Levodopa did very little to help him. The medical team did even less. His decline was rapid and devastating. He had a stooped posture, tremors, muscle stiffness and even slow movements. I was a master Gardener and love herbs! Sincere condolences on the loss of a wonderful wife and special person to all that knew her. She will be missed but there is no doubt that she and Allan are rejoicing together.
She is to be admired for the fight she fought during her illness. She will remain in our hearts.

Craig and I are so sorry to hear of Evon’s passing! I hired her to take over my job when I was pregnant with our youngest son, Chad, who is 48 years old! I haven’t seen her in many years but I liked her very much!
