Ezra Worley

Ezra Worley, 89, passed on to his Heavenly Home the morning of September 5th, 2021.

Ezra was born in Marshall, NC to the late Hansard and Bevie (Price) Worley on December 13, 1931.

He moved to Michigan at an early age, where he lived with the love of his life, Nola (Fisher) Worley who preceded him in death after 63 years together. They were blessed with a daughter, Sandra Lewis; six grandchildren, Joshua Lewis (Angela), Sarah Lewis Lusk, Matthew Lewis (Rachel), Daniel Lewis, Jeremiah Lewis (Rebecca) and Jonathan Lewis; eight great grandchildren, McKayla Lewis, Dakota Griffis, Emily Griffis, Dustin Griffis, Aubrey Lewis, Tristin Lewis, Noah Lewis and Sandra Lewis; two brothers, Al Worley (Jo) and Dale Worley (Gail). Ezra was preceded in death by a brother, William Rex Worley and a sister Margie Worley Rinehart.

A graveside service will be held at Tweeds Chapel Cemetery at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 14th, 2021 with family and friends. Mike Worley, Ezra’s nephew, will be conducting the service.
