Floyd Eugene Kerley, 74, of Candler, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018.
Mr. Kerley was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Edith Kerley, and by his wife, Janice McAbee Kerley.
Surviving are his daughter, Laura Lynn Kerley (Brian McGrain); sons, Jason Eugene Kerley (Lisa Kennedy Kerley) and Jeremy Richard Kerley; and sister, Helen Kerley Watkins (Mitchell Watkins).

With a heavy heart I extend my deepest sympathy and condolences to Laura, Jason, Jeremy, Helen and their families. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Sorry to hear of Floyd’s passing. I always enjoyed talking with him when he worked at H&M Constructors. He was always upbeat and had a great sense of humor. May you find comfort in the fact that he is in a better place.
I am so sorry to hear of Floyd’s passing. He was a great man and I was blessed knowing him. Jason, Laura and Jeremy I am deeply sorry for your loss. He was more than just a dad to you 3 he was a friend and mentor as well. God bless you all.
