Frances Livingood Gentry, 74, of Candler, died Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Asheville HealthCare Center.
Mrs. Gentry was born November 8, 1940 in Buncombe Co. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Lee Gentry, Sr., and by her grandson, Cpl. Michael J. Dutcher.
She is survived by daughters Marsha Gentry, Teresa Dutcher, and Sharon Baltizgar; son, Harold Lee Gentry, Jr.; and grandsons, Timothy Dutcher and Dylan Baltizgar.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Piney Mountain United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Fr. Pat Cahill officiating.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.
