Frances Louise Fox

Frances Louise Fox Asheville – Frances Louise Fox, 90, of Asheville died Thursday, October 16, 2016 at John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Horace and Ella Whitaker Matthews. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Richard Fox who died in 1986 and her son, Charles R. Fox who died in 2002. Frances is survived by one son, Lonnie Fox of Adrian, MI; a daughter-in-law, Atlas Fox of Asheville, one brother, Bud Matthews of Oteen, eight grandchildren, Chris, Kenan, Loretta, Lonnie, James, Chad, Dan and Stephanie as well as several great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 19, 2014 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.
