His family will receive friends from 7 - 8:30 Tuesday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue and request that memorials be made to the American Lung
Association, PO Box 2702, Asheville, NC 28802, or to Oak Forest Presbyterian Church, 880 Sand Hill Road, Asheville, NC 28806.
Mr. Willis will remain at the funeral home until being placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
I am a retiree of BellSouth and worked with Frank both on the line crew and while he worked in the test center on O’Henry Ave. I’m sorry I didn’t see his obituary until Thursday after his funeral on Wed.
Frank was a real friend and was always the same friendly person each time we met.
I had lost touch with him over the last few years and was unaware he had been in ill health.
I will keep the family in my prayers during the times of loss of such a great
friend and father.
God bless you in this time of sorrow.
