  4. Dear Mary Beth, Harriet, Kay Lynn & family:

Our hearts are so very sad over the loss of your Daddy…and our ‘Uncle Frank’. Never, until just a few days ago, has he not ALWAYS been there each and every day of your entire lives. And now, God has called him home….but nothing, not even death can take him completely away from you or from his other family members and friends….for those we love remain a part of us ‘forever’. Our loved ones may leave the world but never our hearts….and your Daddy is a part of who you are, of how you live, and how you view the world. Our parents give us priceless gifts to cherish, and each time you think back on advice he gave, or remember his laugh, or picture his loving face and smile….his legacy lives on. Our hearts go out to each of you and your respective families as you go through this difficult and sad time…..as well as to Uncle Frank’s other family members & friends who share in this loss. It is our sincere prayer that the gentle hand of God touch each of your hearts with a peace that only He can give and bring you comfort. We here on earth can only try and imagine just how beautiful and breath-taking Heaven must be….but Uncle Frank is now at home there and experiencing it in all its magnificient splendor and glory…. in the presence of God and the company of his family members who were there to greet him, including his loving wife, Eugenia. What a reunion that must have been!!!

  5. I am sorry about the loss of your dad. I worked with Frank many years at the VA, and always remember his infectious laugh and the many pranks he played on people. He was a joy to work with and I am glad he is in a better place now where he will suffer no more.

  6. I am so saddened by the passing of Frank, but he was so lonely for his beloved wife, I know he is rejoicing at being at her side! Frank was a true Southern gentleman with a gentle manner and a kind word for all. I was blessed to know him and he loved his family more than anything! God Bless, no words can describe the sadness that lingers.

  7. My daddy, Leland Jones, Jr. – grew up with the ‘Hunnicutt’ boys – I know that if daddy were still alive – he would be able to tell me lots of stories about Frank and Cecil – Cecil worked on my car at Dorato Dodge for years – when I bought my Dodge Colt in 1972. I went to High School with Harriett – and our family sends our condolences – May God Bless

  8. I am very sorry for your loss. Mr. Hunnicutt was my neighbor and dearly loved by me and my family. He was an amazingly patient man who taught me as a young girl how to care for and ride horses. Now that I am older and have my own, I still think of him and the rides we used to take when I was a child. He let me treat his horses as if they were my own (Lady was my favorite). I have endless memories of days I spent over in the pasture. Honey Drive was a wonderful place to grow up and he will be thought of fondly and with great respect.
