Garrett E. Moss, 84, of Asheville, died on Thursday, May 18, 2017.
A native of Buncombe Co., Garrett was a son of the late Hobert and Harriet Hyder Moss.
Garrett is survived by his sisters, Frances Medford, Betty McElroy, and Grace Honeycutt, all of Asheville; brother, Leroy Moss, also of Asheville; and nephews, Mitchell Cutshaw and Randall Medford, both of Asheville.
The graveside service for Mr. Moss will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.

I’m sorry for your loss my thoughts and prayers are with your family. I wish I could be there with you Garrett will be missed by everyone. But I know now know that is he is at peace with God and heisn’t sick or hurting anymore and I know he would say don’t worry about me I’ll be ok.
