Garry Lee Lands, 62, died Friday, April 30, 2021.

Garry was the son of Lucille McCarson and the late Bill Lands. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Williams Lands and Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Baity.

Garry had worked and retired from M.B. Haynes Electrical.

He is survived by his mother, Lucille McCarson of Asheville; his 2 sons, Nicholus Lands and Jesse Lands; step-son, Jacob McCarson; brothers, Larry and Terry Lands; uncle and aunt Bill and Carolyn Baity; aunt Linda Henderson; special friend Wanda Worley; and lots of cousins.

The family will greet friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.

Graveside services will be private.
