  5. Sam, I am so sorry to hear of Gary’s passing. I think of you two whenever I’m at a golf tournament; how much fun you were to play with, and both of your smiles live in my heart. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. With love, Nancy

  8. Sam

It was with a sad heart I told Gary good bye the evening before he passed away. As I did so many times before with Gary, I told him as I was leaving my meter was turned off. Unfortunately this time forever. I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as a friend. Our prayers are with you. May God comfort you during these difficult times.

  9. Annette, after all these years I suddenly had you on my mind for the last month. I was shocked to see this about Gary. You have my deepest sympathy and I’ll keep you in my prayers.

  10. Annette, I wanted to let you know that I was working in Hendersonville now and begin looking for your phone number and found Gary’s obituary. I am so saddened to learn of this. I have thought about the two of you so much over the last year. My office number is 692-1320 if you would like to contact me.
