  8. I worked with Gary at Skyland Distributing and later found out that he was Katie’s uncle (My sister-in-law). I had alot of fun playing jokes on him along with him getting me right back. He loved his family and talked of them often. Wonderful person with a big heart. I loved seeing him drive his sport car and the smile on his face. He will be missed and our prayers are with your family.

Sincerely, Richard Smith

  12. Jack, Marie, Brenda, and Steve,
I was shocked and very sad to hear the news about Gary. I know it has been very hard on you and my thoughts have been with you often during the past week. I’m sorry I couldn’t be there at the service.

We could always rely on Gary for a smile and a laugh and I know he is already missed.

I’m choosing to picture him up there with Pampaw playing their jokes on one another and having a good time while Mammaw looks on disapprovingly (but enjoying it also)
    Much love to you all.
