Learned about death of Gordon from Lyle last evening and want to let you know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Have many fond memories of times together with your family sharing food, fun and fellowship.

  3. Kathleen, I am so sorry to hear that your husband passed. I know it must be a difficult thing after spending so many years together. You have always been so kind to my children and grandchildren and I love you for that. You are in my prayers. Depend on God and he will see you through.

  4. I was so sorry to hear about Gordon. I used to work with him at Ingles in the early 80’s. I was a cashier and he was the Front Manager. He was a wonderful person and a joy to work with. We always worked Sunday Mornings together. Heaven is a better place now that Gordon is there.
Your Family is my thoughts and Prayers.

  5. Dear Kathleen, I am the daughter of Joe and Virginia Cole of Cole Road. Mostly, I remember your Mom and Dad–especially your Dad the day mine died. He rode down on his lawnmower and sat on it in the yard and cried with us. It was a difficult time for us and he was there. Although we cannot be with you, know that thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

  6. Dear Kathleen and Tony,
Betty told me this a.m. of Gordon’s death. I am so sorry for you and Tony as death of a loved one is difficult. What a wonderful and long marriage you had and how commendable that is. Let those memories and good times help console you and sustain you at this time.
