Georgia Mae Scott Ledford, 77, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at Mission Hospital.
A native of Haywood County, she was the daughter of the late George T. and Magdeline Carver Scott. Early in her career she had worked for Waddell-Sluder & Adams Insurance.
She was a loving wife for 43 years of Howard M. Ledford and loving mother to her son, Tony Lee Ledford. She is also survived by her sister, Martha Hall (Grady) of Haywood County.
A memorial service and burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with the Rev. Gary Fender officiating.

So sorry for Georgia’ s loss . She was a very kind and sweet
cousin. We took different paths in life but she left great memories when we met. Prayers for her loved ones.
