Dear Donna and Family,
Gerry has been a dear friend of mine for many years. We did many fun things together, such as discipleship classes, trips with WABC girls to Gatlinburg for seminars and many church events. I will miss her smiling face.
Love in Christ,
Marsha Medford
Gerry and my mom (Mae Hawkins) worked at the school together, worshiped at WABC together, lived at Pisgah Estates together, and now are residents in their Fathers heavenly home together! There will lots of hugs and laughter going on with these beautiful ladies! Love and hugs to you, Donna.

Donna and Debbie, I’m so sorry to read of your mom’s passing. I was thinking of her not long ago. The June Goodwin Circle has now relocated in Heaven!! What a reunion that has been with all those precious ladies. Lots of good memories of your mom and my mom and all the other beautiful Christian women who were such good examples for us growing up. Love and prayers to you both. Cheryl Burnette Bland

Gerry was a good friend. We worked together at Sand Hill kindergarten for ten years. We surprised her with an afterschool party for Birthday number 50. Great fun and good memories. Being faithful and active at West Asheville Baptist, she attended until it became too dificult. My love and prayers to Donna and Debbie and their families. We will see her again.
Debbie, Donna, and family, I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. She was a very sweet and special lady and an exemplary Christian. I enjoyed working with her! She always had a smile and a kind word. We have the blessed assurance of seeing her again. Praying for God’s comfort for you all…
To Jeri’s family,
I just read about your Mom’s passing. I got acquainted with Jeri many years ago when Bida was one of my residents at Aston Park HCC. We kept in touch every year with Christmas cards until a few years ago & I often wondered about her. She was a wonderful person. I worked at Aston Park for 29 years & had to come out because of heath problems inherited from Daddy. I lost my mother back in 2016 & she was my best friend & I recently lost my only sister December 12 2023. Cherish your memories. My condolences to all of you.
