Gladys Morgan Williams

Gladys Morgan Williams, 90, of Holcombe Cove Road, Candler, died
Saturday, December 5, 1998.
A native of Buncombe County, she was the daughter of the late James
Virgil and Dorothy Powell Morgan and wife of the late William Turner
Williams, who died in 1996.
She was a former member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and
was a retired cafeteria worker at Candler Elementary School and worked
with the Hominy Baptist Church Day Care Center.
She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Ellen 'Dot' Williams of Atlanta,
GA and a son, Charles P. Williams of Skyland.
A graveside service will be held 11 am Monday in the Pleasant Hill
United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Pisgah Manor Health Care, P.O. Box 1000,
Candler, NC 28715.
Friends may call at Groce Funeral Home where Mrs. Williams will remain
until taken to the cemetery.
