Gregory Scott Rash, 54, of Leicester, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021.
Born April 13, 1967 in Buncombe Co., Scott was the owner of Newfound Construction Company. He loved his machines, especially his Harley and tractors.
Surviving are his mother, Barbara June Embler Rash; daughters, Amanda Rash and Sarah Allen (Johnny); granddaughters, Annabelle and Adalynn; and a brother, Chad Rash (Debbie).
He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Ray Rash.
Memorial services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

He was a great operator and he will be missed

Scott was a down to earth man all ways the same,Scott is rideing high with his angles,Throughs and Prayes are with the Rash Family.
