Hannah Joyce Allison, 22, of Asheville, died Friday, November 29, 2024 at St. Jude’s Hospital, Memphis, TN.

Born in Asheville, she was the daughter of Melissa Lee Raines of Asheville and the late James “Glenn” Allison. She was also preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Frankie Allison.

Hannah should be remembered as the sassy, strong-willed girl she was. She never gave up hope, even through a decade of fighting cancer, and devoted herself to living every moment to the fullest. Her closest family and friends will tell you that she fought hard and for the things she loved: her family and children.

In addition to her mother, Hannah is survived by a son, Kayson Allison, and a daughter, Kailani Carson; maternal grandparents, Clyde and Geraldine Lee; a brother, Andy Allison; and two sisters: Heather Gordon and Abby Raines.
