Harishchandra Jivanji Bhakta, 61, of 1 Acton Circle, Asheville, died Wednesday, April 2, 2003, in a local hospital.
A native of India, he was a son of the late Jivanji and Gangaben Bhakta. He was the owner of the Budget Motel on Acton Circle.
Mr. Bhakta is survived by his wife, Manjula Bhakta; three daughters, Bhavna Bhakta, Mamta Bhakta and Shila Bhakta; a son, Pratik Bhakta and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am Friday in the Patton Avenue chapel of Groce Funeral Home.
His family will greet friends from 5:00-6:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
I would like to send my condolences to the Bhakta family I want to say to his family that he will be sadly missed not just by his family but by everyone he knew I use to work for him and his family he was like a second father to me because he did treat me like one of his family I knew and worked for him and his family for about 26 years so I will miss him very much I had soom really good times working for him and his family he was always there if I or some one really needed for anything he would of done anything for anybody I know because I did work for himfor so many years
We would like to say farewell to Harry. He was a good business-man, a loving and dedicated father and a really good fellow. We offer our sincere and heart felt sympathy to his entire family.
