Harold Wilansky

Harold Wilansky, 93, of Asheville, died on Friday, October 13, 2017, at his home. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Harold was the son of the late Samuel and Rebecca Wilansky. Mr. Wilansky proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air Force. Later in life, he retired from Pall Corporation, where he worked as a chemical engineer. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marilyn Marland Wilansky; daughter, Rebecca Ross, of Asheville; son, Paul Wilansky, of Winter Park, FL; and two grandchildren. Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Rd. is assisting the family.
