Harry Glenn “Fuzzy” Moore, Jr., 38, of Upper South Hominy, Candler, died Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at the John F. Keever Hospice Solace Center, Asheville, following a courageous battle with Huntington Chorea. Mr. Moore was born in Buncombe County and was a son of Harry Glenn Moore, Sr. and Edith McCarson Moore, both of Candler. He was a machinist with Wright Machine and Tool Co. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Billie Sue Moore of Candler; an adopted brother, Kristopher Watts, of the home; niece, Lindsey Marie Parham, and nephew, Brian Edwin Parham. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with the Revs. Bobby Winebarger and Austin Watts officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue is assisting with the arrangements.
