Glad we were able to visit with her during the summer in the nursing home. We were neighbors and friends for 50+ years and the memories will always be with us. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Seems like yesterday when all of us were playing softball, getting into poison oak, and just being kids. Memories are made of all we did. Your mom will be missed. So sorry to hear of your loss.
I’ll sure miss seeing her sitting on her porch as I drive by.
Some of my memories include…. Guy and I eating her delicious leftover biscuits with jelly after school. Most of the time though…she would tell me, ‘Go home before you get Guy into more trouble (after hearing about our jumping off the garage roof and trying to smoke rabbit tobacco!’
Ted, you probably remember, Dewey and I first met at your mom’s house 36 years ago. She said we’d make a great couple. She was right and we’ll miss her.
Hi everyone. Just found out that Mrs Wells has passed. She is another person who saved my life. I will always be indebted to her and will miss her. Just glad I got to visit with her in the fall of 2008. Take care…Ken Parris
Ted & Guy,
We are so sorry for your loss. We always enjoyed our visits with your Mom.
