Asheville ~ Helen Keever Cody, 80, formerly of 16 Winding Road, Asheville went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 18, 2005, after a long illness. Her husband of 48 years, Frank Cody was at her side.
Mrs. Cody was the daughter of the late William and Ada Marie Lawrence Keever.
In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter, several brothers and sisters and also numerous long time friends.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Saturday, March 26, 2005 at Ashelawn Gardens of Memory.
Memorials may be made to the WNC Chapter of the American Kidney Foundation or to the American Heart Association.
