Dear Jack, Irene, and all of the family:
Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are to hear about Helen. I just want you to know that she was one of the reasons that I came to visit Freedom…she was one of the charter members that I remember with my Granny Johnson at such a very young age. Helen was one of the instrumental people that led to my salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ. What a wonderful woman of God. I know that she will be greatly missed on this earth, but it is definitely Heaven’s gain. Please know that we have been and will continue to remember you all in our prayers. We love all of you dearly.
Krista and Family,
We are sorry to hear about your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
During this time of loss may you find hope and comfort in the Lord that Helen loved and shared with others. Helen gave all who knew her precious memories of love and joy.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

So sorry to hear of Helen’s death. She and her family were like a second family to me as we grew up. Although we had not stayed in touch in recent years, I thought of her and the Sharpe family very often.
With sympathy, Lovella Jo

Uncle Jack and family-
You are in our thoughts and prayers. Aunt Helen was a wonderful lady and she’ll be missed by all. I will always remember how special she made Christmas for everyone, especially us ‘kids’. She has a special place in all of our hearts and that’s where she’ll always be.
Love, Kris and Tarrah Ledford
Helen you were so precious
that words are hard to find,
In expression of the way
you touched my heart in time.
The greatest of all ladies,
in faith you’d firmly stand;
A Godly, strong and steady rock
in this weary land.
I rested in your shadow,
and shared with you my fears,
I’ve felt your prayers hold me up
as my heart broke to tears.
And as you walked beside me
on this path that I must keep.
My burdens were less heavy
and the mountains not so steep.
Time does pass so swiftly
as we take this life in stride;
But mine was so much brighter
because you were at my side.
