Helen Medford Reece, 76, of Alexander, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at Mission Hospital.
Born August 16, 1947 in Buncombe Co., Helen was a daughter of the late John Medford, Sr. and Edna Rice Medford.
Mrs. Reece was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Surviving is her husband, Mitchell Reece; sons, Patrick Lewis (Rita) and Johnny Lewis (Kathy); 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Horace Medford and Jim Medford.
Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, January 22 at Green Hills Cemetery. Pastor Allen Rash will officiate.
