J. D, was a faithful servent of God. We will miss him. This is what he was living for,to see his Savior Face to Face.
J.D. was a very unique person. We’ll always think of him and they are always special memories, with all the things he’d do when working with young people. His love was the church and He will be missed. He’s arrived at his distination! God Bless everyone.
JD was the sweetest man and a great servant of God. He was always the witness for Christ that we all strive to be. His smile was always a welcome site at Mt. Gilead and I can still feel his hand shake of welcome. It is a joy to know his walk in life was a good one and that he is now with Jesus strolling on the streets of gold.
JD was the finest man we ever knew. We were aquainted with him over 45 years and he never wavered from his love of our Lord Jesus. We will miss him but we know he is in heaven.

JD was a very loveing and caring person. I always looked forward to seeing him at church with that loving smile and big hug. He will be greatly missed, but I know he is walking those Streets of Gold with his Lord and Savior, where he wanted to be. God Bless Everyone.
JD and I met thru the Council on Aging a few years ago. Just driving by his house on Friday I felt the pull to stop by and say hello. I missed the chance to see his sweet smile and hear his gentle voice say my name welcoming me to sit down and talk. What a gentle soul. God bless you JD and sweet remembrance to your family.
I had the pleasure f taking care of Mr Finch for the last few months of his life.It was such a pleasure to have known him he always had a happy greeting and smile for me.He usually said ‘hey Buddy’.He was well taken care of by Wanda,Judy,Debbie and Sissy. They truly cared about him and this allowed him to die at home and not be in a nursing home.I wish all my pts had caregivers like he did.
