Pastor Mike and I were saddened to hear of your Fathers passing. He was well loved and a great witness for Christ. We will not be able to attend the services as we are out of town. We will be holding you up in our prayers.
Dear Ruby, Melody & family,
Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Jack will be missed but know he is in a much better place and free of all his pain. Heaven has gained another beautiful voice to add to it’s choir. We can sympathize with you as we lost Daddy 4 years ago this month and it seems like it was just yesterday. Cherish your memories. We wish we could be there for you but know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
I’m saddened to hear of Jack’s passing. He was a blessing to be around as his personality portrayed that of a precious Christian who was always very cheerful and loved singing Southern Gospel music. It was always a joy to see Jack at Gospel singings and when he would stop in to visit with us at WKJV Radio where we enjoyed interviewing him and playing many great quartet songs that Jack was featured on. What a testimony to leave for other people to see! What a Singer! Our prayers are with the family. Today there is One More Voice . .in the Heavenly choir. We’ll see you in a few more days.
Jack will always be remembered for his kindness and gentleness. Rest in peace.b
Dear Ruby & Family,
We have precious memories of being with you all in church services and hearing Jack sing. I remember hearing him and Worth and Carl singing Gloryroad and O What a Savior. It is now a reality for him as his faith became sight on Saturday. We are sorry we are unable to pay our respects in person. May God give you peace and comfort during this time
Ruby and Melody,
I am so sorry to hear about Jack. I have great memories of camping with all of you. My favorite memory is when I could sneak up on Jack and poke him in the ribs! I’m sure he is missed by many here on earth but we shall see him again and hear him again. I hate I can’t come and bring mom and dad (Mary Lou and Vanise) to the service but I’m working. Please know you are in our prayers.
Melody & Miss Ruby, I\’m so sorry to hear about Jack\’s passing. I have wonderful memories of spending the night at your house when Melody & I were in high school and all of you were so good to me. We had lots of fun. Jack was always a kind man. We would run into each other through the years and I loved to hear him sing. I enjoyed watching him sing too; he got so excited singing about the Lord! He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, especially his family. We can take great comfort in knowing he is with the Lord, the ONE he served and sang about for so many years. You are in my prayers.
Ruby and Melody, my heart goes out to you in your of your husband and father. I know he is singing in heaven now and has perfect health. I know it doesn’t help the emptiness you feel now but we join our loved ones one day soon. Some of my fondest memories was getting to hear him sing the southern gospel music in some of the groups he has sung with. Prayers for you and your family.
Ruby and family I worked with Jack about 30 years at the phone company I was out of town or I would have been there, many God bless you and your family,
Worked with Jack at the telephone company. Could not have worked with a nicer guy. He was always friendly and helpful. I know his loved ones will miss him.
Ruby, My condolences to you in the passing of your great husband, Jack. I enjoyed so much working with him on our trips out West and other places while at Christian Tours as he drove the Motorcoach many times with me as I served as his Tour Director. He was so much fun to be with on the tours. I remember he was the only driver who would get up so early, around 4:30 am each day. And of course, his excellent gospel singing voice! May God richly bless you Ruby and your family in your loss.
A Long time wonderful Friend We use to Meet Up together In Asheville and Many other Places, he was a Great tenor singer for the Kingsmen So Many Years ago! May God Comfort the family as Only He Can.. Prayers and Healing Hugs for the Family.. Continue to Pray!
